FIEDOMS, CASTLES AND GOOD FOOD

On the smooth hills betwen Val Baganza and Val Parma the memory of the ancient spledor of the houses of Rossi and Sanvitale is still alive.

Visit a mighty castle, impregnable bulwark of the Rossi house, and a wonderful fortress adorned with frescos owned by the Sanvitale.
These manors host one of the Food Museums of Parma each: the Museum of the Felino Salami and the Museum of Wine.

In this 400 years long journey, we'll see how farmers are still the backbone of the Food Valley.
